  • Your goals (energy efficiency, sustainability, lower bills)
  • Your eligibility for the £7,500 BUS grant

You’ll also receive a clear list of what we’ll provide – equipment, services, and expected costs.

Step 3: Indicative Quotation

Based on your consultation, you’ll receive:

  • An ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) system quote
  • An emitter quote (radiators or underfloor heating)
  • Any additional components or services required for your project

We’ll guide you through each quote and help refine them as needed.

Step 4: Site Visit & Scope Confirmation

If needed, we’ll arrange a site meeting to finalise technical details, confirm project scope, and ensure everything is ready for the next steps.

Step 5: Transparent, Tailored Quotes

You’ll receive a breakdown of:

  • Your air source heat pump (ASHP) quote
  • A quote for emitters (radiators or underfloor heating)
  • Any optional upgrades or accessories

Step 6: Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) Application Support

We’ll help you navigate the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) application:

We deliver everything you need, on time, directly to your home or installer – ready for installation.

After installation, a Spire expert will commission the system, ensuring it’s running smoothly, efficiently, and ready for the future.

Step 11: Final BUS Grant Submission

With your system up and running, we’ll support your final grant application to make sure your £7,500 is paid back promptly.
