Emitters

Spire Renewables delivers complete emitter systems tailored to your project needs – from initial design through to supply. Whether you’re working on a new build, renovation, or retrofit, we provide efficient, high-performance systems built around your specifications

Underfloor Heating

We offer a wide range of fixing systems to suit every type of installation, from new build or full renovation works to retrofit projects.

Staples

Cost-effective solution for screeded floors. Pipes are stapled directly into insulation. 40mm or 60mm staple options available. (75mm insulation minimum thickness)

Overboard Panels

Pre-grooved insulation boards placed directly over the subfloor, holding the pipes securely. 16 or 20mm height options (120mm loop spacing and 150mm loop spacing respectively). Can be tiled directly on top or have a ply board intermediary layer/levelling screed before alternative floor finishes.

Cliptrack

Clip rails fixed to insulation to guide and hold pipework in place, allowing fast and tidy pipe layouts. Used in conjunction with staples or nail-in clips for the bends. Used when insulation is 50mm or less or the installer wants to fit the UFH single handedly. – 16mm Pipe only

Castellated Panels

Modular plastic trays with raised nodules (Egg trays) that hold pipes at precise spacing before screed is poured. Nodules are 50mm spaced apart, which makes it suitable for 100, 150 or 200mm spacing. – 1m² coverage per panel – 18mm height or 15mm height panels available (For 16 or 12mm pipe respectively) – 20-25mm of screed required over the top of the panels.

Spreader Plates

Aluminium trays that sit between joists in suspended timber floors. Suitable for 400 or 600mm spaced joists – 150mm or 200mm spacing options available.

Grooved Chipboard Panels

Structural chipboard boards with precision-cut pipe channels. These replace standard floorboards in suspended floors and double as a subfloor. 150mm loop spacing – 12mm pipe only. Can be tiled directly on top or have a plyboard intermediary layer before alternative floor finishes.

Radiators

Spire Renewables offers a full range of radiators, with the option for one of our design team to produce a full Radiator Schedule.

Type 21 (P+) compact panel radiator with single convector and double panel design

Type 21 (P+)

The P+ radiator is the perfect balance of form and function. Featuring a single panel with double convectors, it offers excellent heat output without compromising wall space. Ideal for smaller rooms or modern interiors where clean lines and compact design matter, the P+ delivers reliable performance and energy efficiency in a sleek profile.

Type 22 (K2) double panel double convector radiator for high heat output

Type 22 (K2)

With its double panel and double convector construction, the K2 radiator offers robust heat performance perfect for most living spaces. Whether upgrading your heating system or fitting out a new home, the K2 is a trusted standard for comfort and efficiency.

Type 33 (K3) triple panel triple convector radiator for maximum heat output

Type 33 (K3)

When you need high heat output in limited wall space, the K3 radiator is your go-to solution. With three panels and three convectors, it’s engineered for performance, making it perfect for open-plan living, large rooms, or areas with high ceilings. Get the warmth you need without needing extra space.

Three-column radiator with traditional cast-iron style and modern finish

Column 3

The Column 3 radiator blends timeless design with efficient heating. With three vertical columns, it delivers a strong, steady heat output while maintaining a slimline profile. Ideal for both traditional interiors and modern spaces that want a touch of heritage charm.

Four-column radiator with traditional design for high heat output

Column 4

Built for rooms that demand more warmth, the Column 4 radiator features four columns for maximum heat output and a bold, architectural presence. It’s the ultimate solution for large, open-plan areas or rooms with high ceilings offering both power and personality.

Thermostatic Radiator Valve (TRV) for temperature control of individual radiators

Large Bore TRVs

Engineered for high-performance heating systems, our hand-selected Large Bore Thermostatic Radiator Valves are specifically chosen to handle increased water flow with ease, making them the ideal match for high-output radiators and low-temperature systems such as heat pumps.

Our Process:

Step 1: Room-By-Room Heat Loss

Done by gathering data on the property dimensions and U-values, Spire calculate an accurate heat loss of the room down to the MCS ambient temperature. Therefore, the radiators will be designed to MCS regulations.

Step 2: Radiator Schedule

Spire will then produce a Radiator schedule with your chosen style of radiators, with the option for Spire to supply them.

Step 3: Purchase Radiators

Wheather this is through Spire or elsewhere, we give you the tools to make the right decision to ensure the installation is hassle free.
